Return & Refund policy

At SUNDRA, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow Dutch and European consumer regulations to ensure a fair and transparent returns process.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This is in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht). The withdrawal period begins the day your order is delivered to you or someone you have appointed to receive it.

Situations Eligible for Refund or Reshipment

We offer full refunds or free reshipments in the following situations:

Damaged products

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days. You will be asked to provide clear photo or video evidence.
You do not need to return the damaged item.

Incorrect items

If you receive an item you did not order, send us a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item at no extra cost.
You do not need to return the incorrect item.

Lost orders

If your package has not arrived and is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or refund your payment in full.

Exceptions and Conditions

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for damages caused by improper use.
  • Order cancellations are not possible once the item has been shipped.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Include your order number, full name, and photo/video evidence of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within one working day.

Returns without damage or error

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or incorrect (using your Right of Withdrawal), you may do so at your own expense. The product must be in original, unused condition.

Note on Sustainability

Because our products ship internationally, we aim to reduce unnecessary returns. For eligible claims, items do not need to be physically returned.
